Dr Christine Roh, Dr WenQi Tan and Dr Mark Pearce are panel physicians approved by Immigration New Zealand to do immigration medical exams (IMEs) in Victoria, Canada. Our multilingual team welcomes you!
- Dr Roh is fluent in English and Korean.
- Dr Tan is fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Dr Pearce is fluent in English and basic Mandarin.
- Raj (our medical office assistant) is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi.

PLEASE NOTE:
We understand that plans can change, and kindly ask for 48 hours or 2 business days' notice if you cannot make it for your IME appointment. Please note there is a $50 fee for late cancellations or no-shows. To cancel your appointment, please send us an email at woodlandsclinic.ca@gmail.com or call us at 250-940-8888.

HOW TO BOOK:

Fill out the Sign-Up Form below. Our office will contact you within 1-2 business days.​

Chest X-ray: Applicants ages 11 and up who are not pregnant require a chest x-ray. After seeing the doctor, you will get an X-ray form. Please go to West Coast Medical Imaging at 203 - 1120 Yates Street with the doctor's form (no appointment needed).

​Lab Tests: Applicants ages 5 and up will get a lab requisition from us after seeing the doctor. Please go to any LifeLabs location in BC (no appointment needed). The cost of the lab tests is paid at LifeLabs.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please come to our office located at 207-2020 Richmond Rd, Victoria BC, V8R 6R5 for the medical exam.

Parking: Our building has underground parking for $2.50 per hour (cash only). On-street parking is also available for 1 hour.

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING:

Valid Passport or Canadian national identity card.

Your NZER or NZHR reference number (if you have been issued one)

Prescription glasses / contact lenses (if you wear any)

All your medications (if you are taking any)

Medical reports or test results on any of your previous or current medical conditions (if you have)

We use e-Medical to submit the Immigration Medical Exam report online to Immigration New Zealand. You do not have to bring visa photos to your appointment, a live digital photo of the applicant will be taken in our clinic and uploaded with the report.
