MARINE MEDICAL EXAMS

ABOUT
Dr Mark Pearce and Dr Christine Roh, who are both certified by Transport Canada, are currently open to perform marine medical exams for seafarers.
The cost for the Marine Medical Exam is $255 as per Doctors of BC (cash, debit, or credit card).
PLEASE NOTE:
We understand that plans can change, and kindly ask for 48 hours or 2 business days' notice if you cannot make it for your medical exam. After booking your appointment:

you will receive an MME intake form by email. Please complete the form and email it back to us, or bring it to your exam.

Completing the form will help us efficiently process your case without delay.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR MEDICAL EXAM:

Please come to our office located at 207-2020 Richmond Rd, Victoria BC, V8R 6R5 for the medical exam.

Parking: Our building has underground parking for $2.00 per hour (cash only). On-street parking is also available for 1 hour.

The exam will take about 30 minutes, depending on patient complexity.
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING:

Marine Medical Exam Form and CDN number

Prescription glasses / contact lenses (if you wear any)

All your medications (if you are taking any)

Medical reports or test results on any of your previous or current medical conditions (if you have)

Eye test reports

Hearing test reports

A full bladder (you will need to provide a urine sample at your appointment)
