During this COVID-19 pandemic, our office has made some changes to our workflow to ensure your safety.
To book an appointment:
Use online booking at www.myhealthaccess.ca. Please add the word"Telehealth" under "Reason for appointment"
Call our MOA Sharon at 250-386-1712
One of our doctors will phone you within 4 hours of your appointment during business hours. During the phone (telehealth) visit, the doctor will determine if an in-person visit is needed and mak
e arrangements for this. We have plenty of availability and will schedule the visit to avoid contact with other patients in the waiting room.
During your visit, our doctors will be wearing gloves and mask to ensure your safety. The rooms are also cleaned between patients.

For urgent after-hours medical advice, please call 250-386-1712 and you will be redirected to the physician on call for our practice.
